Things people often ask

Common Questions Answered

I understand that you might have some concerns before starting to work with me. Here are answers to the most common questions I get asked. If you have other doubts, please use the contact form to get in touch.

I offer a number of different trainings throughout the year, some are in person and some are online. Usually all the dates are set about a year in advance, and you can find an overview of the complete schedule HERE.

Osteothai promotes health and well-being, and can support people with any form of condition. If you are dealing with serious health issues, please reach out to me with some details, so we can discuss the best options. And of course, please always do consult your doctor if you have any concerns. I generally don’t recommend an Osteothai treatment shortly after surgery or during acute infection.

Whenever I am in Lisbon, I am available for sessions. However, due to running a lot of trainings throughout the year, I am also away at times, so I don’t offer an online booking system with my availability. To book a session, simply email me, ideally a week in advance and with some suggestions of when would work for you, and I will get back to you.

You might like to start reading about my approach HERE. And if it resonates, come along to a class. It’s always best to experience it first hand, and decide from there. Beginners are always welcome.

This practice is suitable for all ages and abilities. I generally don’t recommend to join a class shortly after surgery or during acute infection. Otherwise, there are no contra-indications.

Most of my weekly classes and workshops are hybrid, which means you can also join online.

I tend to do three trips to Oxford and Cambridge per year. You can find the workshop dates on my SCHEDULE. And around that time I am also always available for treatments.
