My approach to Yoga is inclusive and welcoming to everyone – whether you feel fit and flexible, stiff and tense, young or old. You are invited to show up just as you are.

It's about you
A 1-2-1 session is suitable for all ages and abilities. My youngest student is 13, and my oldest is 80!
My intention is to support you with the specific challenges you may be experiencing. In our sessions, we will focus on building a personalised toolbox of simple exercises, practical techniques, and short sequences that you can easily integrate into your daily life.
Yoga can be particularly beneficial for:

- Back or joint pain

How it works
If you are based in Lisbon, we can organise in-person sessions at my studio Little Yoga Space, in Baixa. Or we work online. All you need is a computer with a camera and Zoom installed and a decent enough internet connection of course. I always allow an extra 15 minutes per session to deal with any potential loss of connection and having to re-connect, but usually this extra time is not needed.

Not at all. My approach is inclusive and adaptable, focusing on what feels good and supportive for your body, rather than achieving specific postures.
This depends on your needs. Some people benefit from weekly sessions, while others prefer occasional guidance to develop their own practice at home. We can discuss what works best for you.
Yes. These sessions provide a gentle, therapeutic approach to movement and self-care, supporting nervous system regulation, reducing tension, and helping to manage symptoms in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
If you are Lisbon based, sessions can be held in person at my studio in Baixa, or otherwise online via Zoom.
Comfortable clothing, a Yoga mat (if you have one), and any props like cushions or blankets that support your comfort. If we're working online, a quiet space where you can move freely is ideal. If the sessions take place at the studio in Lisbon, all equipment is provided.
