These Terms & Policy outline your rights, responsibilities, and what you can expect from me — and what I ask in return.

Hadadi Unipessoal Lda is a registered business based in Lisbon, Portugal, offering therapeutic massage, bodywork, workshops, events, and retreats. All services are provided by Katrin Heuser with a commitment to professionalism, safety, and care.

Booking & Payment

To book a session, class, workshop, course, or retreat, you’ll find clear instructions and registration forms on the website. Most offerings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. The specific terms for booking, payment, what’s included, cancellations, and refunds are stated on the respective event or programme page or the registration forms. These may vary depending on the type of offering.

Payment plans are often available, and I’m happy to explore flexible options to support access. If something isn’t listed but you need support, just email me.

During exceptional situations such as pandemics, special cancellation or refund policies may apply. These will always be communicated clearly.

Cancellations & Refunds

Each event or service may have slightly different cancellation terms, and these are outlined alongside the booking information. As a general guideline:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by me.
• Refunds may be issued on a sliding scale depending on the notice period.
• If a substitution is allowed, you may transfer your place to a different event with prior notice.
• If you’re unsure, please get in touch before booking to clarify the policy for that particular offering.

 

Pre-Requisites

If an offering requires prior experience, qualifications, or preparation, this will be mentioned clearly in the programme description. Please read all information carefully and reach out with any questions before registering.

Code of Conduct

I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive space. This is what you can expect from me, and what I expect from you in return.

I commit to:

• Providing safe, informed, and inclusive teaching and therapeutic experiences
• Creating accessible and welcoming environments for all participants
• Continuing my own professional development and training
• Staying within the boundaries of my qualifications and referring when necessary
• Maintaining current public liability insurance
• Respecting your privacy and confidentiality

 

You commit to:

• Letting me know about any injuries, medical conditions, or relevant personal information
• Showing up on time and ready to participate
• Wearing appropriate, comfortable clothing
• Respecting the space, others, and the boundaries set during the session or event

 

Zero Tolerance Policy

The following behaviours are not tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the session or programme, with no refund:

• Verbal or physical aggression
• Sexual advances, innuendo, or inappropriate physical contact
• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Failure to respect the safety and wellbeing of the group or facilitator
• Attending under the influence of alcohol or substances
• Bringing substances of any kind (including mushrooms, microdoses, or recreational drugs) to the venue or event

 

All offerings are open and inclusive to all backgrounds, identities, and physical abilities. If an event requires a certain level of physical engagement, this will be stated clearly in the description.

Privacy & Personal Data

Your personal data is handled with care, confidentiality, and in accordance with the GDPR and relevant data protection laws. Data may include your name, contact details, billing information, and relevant health details for your safety.

Your data will never be sold or shared without your consent. You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Data is stored securely and only for as long as is necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements.

Complaints Procedure

I care deeply about the quality of my work and your experience. If anything arises that doesn’t feel right:

You are encouraged to raise it with me directly, informally and kindly. If needed, you may submit a written complaint to hello@katrinheuser.com. I will respond within two working days. If you feel uncomfortable contacting me personally, you are welcome to ask a friend or relative to reach out on your behalf. All complaints are taken seriously and handled with compassion and professionalism.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

All activities, treatments, and teachings are designed with safety and care in mind. However, participation in any physical or therapeutic activity carries some risk. By booking or attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing.
