Strategy and direction
A webinar for practitioners, facilitators, teachers, and space holders
Many people working in therapeutic, educational, and wellbeing spaces never received support around strategy.
Not in the conventional business sense alone, but in how to actually shape work that is coherent, sustainable, and aligned with both values and capacity.
Over time, many practitioners find themselves holding multiple offers, ideas, trainings, audiences, and responsibilities at once. The work grows organically, but not always intentionally. This can lead to fragmentation, overextension, difficulty communicating what we do, or uncertainty around what to prioritise next.
In this webinar, we will explore strategy not as rigid planning or performance, but as orientation.
Together we will look at:
- the difference between vision, strategy, and business planning
- recognising fragmentation and energy leaks within a practice
- understanding the wider ecosystem around your work
- creating more coherence between your offers and direction
- sustainability, nervous system capacity, and realistic growth
- simplifying decision making
- identifying your current season of work and what it is asking for
This session will include teaching, reflective exercises, breakout discussions, and space for questions and shared exploration.
The intention is not to leave with a perfect plan, but with greater clarity around where your energy, attention, and direction may best be placed right now.

The Astrology of Quarter 2 with Martina Anguelova
Each quarter brings its own themes, invitations, challenges, and opportunities. Understanding the wider energetic landscape can offer valuable perspective as we navigate both our personal lives and professional work.
In this session, Astrologer and Wellness Practitioner Martina Anguelova will guide us through the key astrological themes of the coming three months in practical and accessible terms. Together, we will explore the broader patterns at play, important dates to be aware of, and how these influences may support reflection, decision-making, planning, and growth.
No prior knowledge of astrology is needed. Whether you are navigating change, planning future projects, or simply curious about the season ahead, this session offers an opportunity to step back, gain perspective, and move forward with greater awareness.

Foundations of Human Centered, Trauma Informed Approaches for your Work
Challenging experiences and trauma are part of our shared human reality. Whenever we work with people, we are in contact with their histories – whether visible or not. To be trauma-informed is to understand how trauma shapes nervous systems, relationships, and communities, and to take responsibility for creating spaces that support safety, dignity, and belonging. This conversation explores practical foundations for working alongside others in ways that are humane, relational, and grounded.
Trauma-informed practice goes beyond empathy. It recognises how trauma influences individuals and the systems around them, and invites a shift towards more human-centred, equity-driven environments. Becoming trauma-informed is a paradigm change – seeing people in their full complexity and offering choice, empowerment, and relational integrity in our work. This discussion highlights what that can look like in your own spaces, through your practice and your presence. The session is led by Kirsten Wilkinson, a somatic practitioner and educator with over three decades of experience working at the intersection of movement, trauma, and community-based healing.
