OUR BODIES ARE
DESIGNED TO HEAL

Movement, touch, and nervous system care – for those seeking relief and those guiding others with intention.

WHY SLOWING DOWN IS A RADICAL ACT

A culture that pushes, a body that holds

We live in a world that demands speed, productivity, and constant output – often at the expense of our well-being. But the body operates on different terms. It doesn’t heal through force, urgency, or willpower, but through presence, patience, and the right conditions for change. Yet modern life rarely allows space for this kind of listening.

As practitioners, caregivers, and individuals, we’re often expected to give endlessly while navigating systems that overlook the value of rest and repair. In this landscape, choosing to slow down, to listen deeply, and to honour the body’s needs is not just self-care – it’s resistance. It’s a way of reclaiming what it means to be well, to be whole, and to move through the world with greater sustainability.

RESTORING BALANCE

The Body's wisdom and the path of ease

Our bodies are built to adapt, respond, and find balance – yet stress, injury, trauma, and the pace of modern life can create patterns of tension and disconnection. These patterns are not faults; they are protective strategies, shaped by our experiences and environment.

True healing doesn’t come from forcing change, but from creating the conditions in which the body feels safe enough to let go. It begins with listening – not just to symptoms, but to the deeper intelligence within.

Whether you’re living with pain or supporting others through it, the path forward starts by honouring the body’s wisdom and reconnecting with what brings ease.

About me

HI, I’M KATRIN

My whole life, I’ve explored how movement and touch can restore a sense of ease in the body. My background spans Osteothai, Thai Yoga Massage, Somatics, Yoga, and nervous system regulation, with a deep commitment to working in trauma-informed ways. Whether I’m supporting individuals in pain or mentoring practitioners, my approach is about creating spaces where learning, transformation, and relief can happen naturally.

This work grew out of my own search for ways to navigate pain, sensitivity, and the demands of a fast-moving world. Over time, it became a way of life – one that continues to evolve through practice, study, and the many people I’ve had the privilege to learn from.

Working with the body, not against it

A relational, responsive approach to change

Every body holds its own story – shaped by lived experience, environment, and the need to adapt. Rather than imposing techniques, my work begins with listening: to the body’s rhythms, its signals, and its needs in the present moment.

Through movement, touch, and nervous system care, I offer practices that support reconnection, release, and resilience. Whether in one-to-one sessions, group trainings, or mentorship, the process is always relational – grounded in trust, attunement, and respect for each person’s pace and capacity for change.

“Katrin’s yoga style suits my needs as I navigate the new realities of the pandemic.”
Her classes are gentle, but not easy, focusing on natural body mechanics, breathing, and creating comfort. It’s about easing into the body again, and Katrin is excellent at guiding you through this process. I feel more relaxed and at peace with my body and mind after her classes.

“Katrin’s approach is deceptively simple, yet the benefits are profound.”
Discovering Katrin’s Yoga, blending Scaravelli-inspired yoga and Eastern bodywork traditions, was life-changing 10 years ago. Her careful, attentive approach and the kindness of the yoga make it suitable for all ages. I continue to learn from her insights into the body/mind connection. I now use her breathing exercises daily to feel grounded in these challenging times!

"Thank you, for teaching me this great bodywork course and for your support."
I completed the 2-week Thai Yoga Massage training with Katrin and absolutely loved it. The course is very intense, with so much information to take on board. However, Katrin delivers it in a logical manner, with everything clearly explained. The support and encouragement to do your best was greatly appreciated. This is the second course I’ve taken with Katrin, and it won’t be my last. It’s now over to me to make the most of the tools you’ve given me!
