Choosing what to tend in uncertain times
As practitioners and facilitators, we are constantly responding – to our clients, our communities, and the wider social and political landscape. In times of uncertainty, it can become difficult to discern what genuinely needs our attention and what is pulling us into over-extension or reactivity. This session offers space to pause, orient, and reflect on how we choose what we engage with in our work.
Rather than focusing on planning or productivity, we will explore integrity, capacity, and direction – how we stay aligned with our values while remaining responsive and human. The session will weave together guided reflection, shared inquiry, and dialogue, and sits at the heart of the ongoing rhythm inside ELEVATE, supporting a way of working that remains sustainable, grounded, and ethically held.
