Places are limited to 30 participants. Your place will be confirmed once your booking is complete and payment received.

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further details about the venue, schedule, and practical information to help you prepare.

Places are limited to 30 participants and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your place to someone else, provided you inform us in advance.

This gathering is designed as a full two-day experience. By registering, you are committing to attending both days.

The programme may be subject to small changes depending on circumstances. Any updates will be communicated in advance.

A photographer and/or filmmaker may be present during the gathering to document the space and the work.

Images and video may be used to support the visibility of future events and related work.

If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, you can opt out. Your preference will be fully respected.
