Registration for ELEVATE
Thank you for your interest in ELEVATE: a gathering for facilitators. Please fill out the form below to register. Spaces are limited to 25 participants, and your place will be confirmed upon receipt of the €100 deposit. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further details about the venue, schedule, and how to prepare.

Please make the payment of the deposit straight away, so I can match your registration and payment more easily. Your place will only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. You can make payment in the following ways:

Booking terms & Conditions
Deposit and Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit of €100 is required to secure your place. This helps cover venue and catering costs and ensures your commitment to the full two-day experience.
Pay what you can contribution
At the end of the event, you’ll be invited to contribute an additional amount of your choice – based on your financial capacity and the value you feel the experience held for you. There is no minimum. You can pay in cash or digitally after the gathering.
Cancellation policy
The €100 deposit is non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else, but we cannot offer refunds as the deposit helps cover upfront costs. Thank you for understanding and for honouring the commitment this space requires.
Attendance
This gathering is designed as a full two-day experience. By registering, you are committing to attending both days in full.
Photography and Filming
A filmmaker and photographer will be present during the gathering to document the essence of the event and the work we do here. The resulting images and videos may be used to support the visibility of the wider mentorship programme and future offerings.
By attending, you agree that all rights to the imagery captured at the event belong to Katrin Heuser. Participants will not have claim to ownership, use, or distribution of the materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, you will have the opportunity to opt out. Your choice will be fully respected, and we will ensure that no identifiable images of you are used.
